The Yoga Pajama Party is back!!
Join Sophia for a gentle Yin yoga class to calm your nervous system and find deep relaxation throughout the whole body.
Sophia will guide you through a nurturing 70 minute yoga practice to help destress the mind and body.
Anyone is welcome to join whether you’ve done yoga before or not. The key is to build your connection to your body and find what feels good.
*important to note... although pjs are not compulsory, they are highly recommended 😉🥰

Wear anything you like
Be as loud as you like (for all those savasana snorers out there).
You can go straight to sleep after savasana instead of getting up (aka heaven).

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods (typically 3–5 minutes) to deeply stretch the connective tissues and promote emotional release, stillness, and deep relaxation. The poses are often close to the ground and you will leave the class feeling a release of tension and more mobile. Sophia puts a unique spin on her classes that gives you the opportunity to explore beyond the physical body, into the mind and emotional bodys.

Yes! This class is suited to beginners and very experienced Yogi’s. As long as you are comfortable getting down to the ground and lifting yourself back up off the ground you can benefit from this beautiful, gentle class

If you don’t want to there is no pressure to turn your camera on. Being able to see you does help if you have questions about a pose or you feel a bit off in the shape, so it is recommended to have your camera on. I also would of course love to see your beautiful face and connect to you in the class, however, I understand if you want to bliss out in privacy.

Yin Yoga can often be adapted for pregnancy or injury, but please email me (sopheveline@gmail.com) beforehand to discuss any health concerns so I can offer safe modifications.

70 minutes of Yin. There will be time for reflective journaling after the class as well so in total, approximately 90 minutes.

This class is suitable for all levels of flexibility. It is not about how flexible you are, it is about how the poses feel in your body. We all need to start somewhere to build flexibility!
