What We Cover:
Week 1: Understand your unique Nervous System and how it is connected to your emotional system
We start with being guided to connect to your nervous system, receiving and overview of how your nervous system works and identifying where in your life you’re feeling blocked and unsafe.
Delve into the connection between your emotions and your nervous system and learn how to love and process trapped emotions through somatic and expressive practices.
Week 2: How your environment and lifestyle influences your Nervous System and how you can regulate through detoxification
Learn how your environment can place stress on your body, and how you can detoxify your environment to lower the stress on your body and nervous system. We delve into how you can optimise your diet and explore other avenues to minimise toxins coming into the body and maximise clearing toxins already stored in your body.
We will end with a relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation to integrate and unwind
Week 3: Learn how your thoughts and beliefs influence your life, and how you can reprogram limiting beliefs to create a more harmonious mind-body system.
Here we will explore how you can build a relationship to your mind so that you can work together in harmony. This includes exercises to uncover what is limiting you and rewriting the narratives that keep you feeling stuck.
We will utilise meditation to bring clarity and awareness into what feels limiting and create an supportive action plan to move forward.
Week 4: Support your body's natural flow and access your inner calm through breathwork/pranayama and somatic practices.
Here we will talk more about the breath and how we can use it to directly support the nervous system. We will explore a series of breath practices you can implement for every day regulation.
End with a blissful meditation and visualisation to bring inner quiet and peace into your body.

Reiki is a gentle and nurturing way to support the body’s natural healing abilities, clear energy stagnation, and process unresolved/trapped emotions in the body.
It supports the body to enter a parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system state. This supports the body to realign and feel deeply calm and at ease. It is reminding the body what calm and safety feels like, which is especially important if you’ve been living in a state of chronic survival or stuck in the sympathetic (fight/flight) nervous system state.

The classes are suited to beginners and experienced Yogi’s. As long as you are comfortable getting down to the ground and lifting yourself back up off the ground you can benefit from this beautiful, gentle class.

If you don’t want to there is no pressure to turn your camera on. Being able to see you does help (particularly in the yoga classes if you have questions about a pose or you feel a bit off in the shape), so it is recommended to have your camera on. I also would of course love to see your beautiful face and connect to you during these 4 weeks. However, I understand if you want to bliss out in privacy.

Yes! A replay for all workshops and yoga classes will be sent to all registered participants within 24 hours.

There will be no zoom call for this healing. I will invite you to listen to a meditation in your own space during the duration of the healing. From my end I will set up my space and send healing to everyone in the group. If you choose to lie down and rest during the healing notice what sensations and experiences arise. You may like to journal and reflect afterwards.
Alternatively you are welcome to continue about your evening as normal. Either way you will still receive the healing.

This class is suitable for all levels of flexibility. It is not about how flexible you are, it is about how the poses feel in your body. We all have different bodies and different ranges of movement - what matters is you connecting to your body and inviting in a calming and easeful experience to nurture your body into feeling lighter and more relaxed.

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods (typically 3–5 minutes) to deeply stretch the connective tissues and promote emotional release, stillness, and deep relaxation. The poses are often close to the ground and you will leave the class feeling a release of tension and more mobile. Sophia puts a unique spin on her classes that gives you the opportunity to explore beyond the physical body, into the mind and emotional bodys.
Restorative Yoga is more gentle on the body than Yin. It is a deeply meditative practice in which poses are held for 5 minutes or longer. The intention is to rest in poses where you feel completely supported and held to promote a deep sense of rest and restoration in the body.
