WHAT WE COVER
Module 1: Understand your nervous system and the patterns that keep you in the stress/survival loop
If you want to feel safer and more aligned in your everyday life, this class will support you in getting to know your physiology and where exactly it is that you’re feeling blocked, stifled, and unsafe in your body and life. You will learn how to identify your stress patterns that block you from feeling fully safe, present, and satisfied in your life. Here you will have the opportunity to experience the connection between your emotions and your nervous system and begin that journey to unconditional self-love through guided practice.
Module 2: Connect to your inner child and recognise where you are replaying unsupportive, outdated behaviours in your present life.
Discover the power of your inner guardian and meet your inner child with love so you can emerge as the woman who is confident, nurturing, at ease and expressed in her wants and needs. Often times in our lives and relationships we play out behaviours and patterns we learned as children that helped up survive our circumstance in childhood. However, as adults living in the body and mind of a frightened child, can end up being more harmful than helpful. Module 3: Become the master of your mind and uncover how you can reprogram limiting beliefs to create a more harmonious mind-body system.
You look at those around you and compare yourself thinking about how unfair it is that your life has had to be so hard, and why can’t you get a break… “If XYZ changed, then FINALLY everything would be okay”. This module is where we explore how you can build a relationship to your mind so that you can work together in harmony and create a life you’re not trying to escape but you feel fully fulfilled in. This includes exercises to rewrite your current depleting narratives to those that are inspiring, energising and supportive.
Module 4: Become the fully expressed woman through breath, body, and energy.
A woman disconnected from her body can’t always realise chronic stress patterns or intuitive signals. This module guides you to deeply connect with your body and energy through the power of breath. You will learn how you can use your breath in everyday life to strengthen your connection between your mind and body. We will explore a series of breath practices you can implement for every day regulation. The fully expressed woman who feels safe in her body and life knows herself, how she moves, how she breathes and is attuned to the subtleties within. This workshop will activate you into your inner power and sovereignty.

The course begins June 1st 2026. The full call schedule will be emailed to you after signing up.

Workshops are fortnightly on Mondays 5:45 pm NZT, and the Yoga classes are fortnightly on Fridays at 6 pm NZT.
The live Q/A call will be scheduled 4-5 weeks into the course and confirmed with a poll in the community group.

You will have access to the community and support from Sophia for 2 months.
You will have access to the online Yoga and meditation library for 3 months.
And the call replays will be available to you for at least 1 year. This is because of the evolving nature of the content and course. My priority is to create the most powerful experience within the given energy climate and this can change with time.

Reiki is a gentle and nurturing way to support the body’s natural healing abilities, clear energy stagnation, and process unresolved/trapped emotions in the body.
It supports the body to enter a parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system state. This supports the body to realign and feel deeply calm and at ease. It is reminding the body what calm and safety feels like, which is especially important if you’ve been living in a state of chronic survival or stuck in the sympathetic (fight/flight) nervous system state.
Distance Reiki works from any where in the world and I offer written guidance after each session to support you in connecting to, and integrating the energy healing.

The classes are suited to beginners and experienced Yogi’s. As long as you are comfortable getting down to the ground and lifting yourself back up off the ground you can benefit from these beautiful, gentle classese.

If you don’t want to there is no pressure to turn your camera on. Being able to see you does help (particularly in the yoga classes if you have questions about a pose or you feel a bit off in the shape), so it is recommended to have your camera on. I
also would of course love to see your beautiful face and connect to you during these 8 weeks. However, I understand if you want to bliss out in privacy.

Yes! A replay for all workshops and yoga classes will be sent to all registered participants within 24 hours.

There will be no zoom call for this healing. I will invite you to listen to a meditation in your own space during the duration of the healing. From my end I will set up my space and send healing to everyone in the group. If you choose to lie down and rest during the healing notice what sensations and experiences arise. You may like to journal and reflect afterwards.
I will send a written session reflection to the group sharing what came up in the session and where the energy was focused.
Alternatively you are welcome to continue about your evening as normal. Either way you will still receive the healing.

This class is suitable for all levels of flexibility. It is not about how flexible you are, it is about how the poses feel in your body - which is something I will guide you into during the classes. We all have different bodies and different ranges of movement. What I emphasis and support is you connecting to your body and inviting in a calming and easeful experience to nurture your body into feeling lighter and more relaxed.

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods (typically 3–5 minutes) to deeply stretch the connective tissues and promote emotional release, stillness, and deep relaxation. The poses are often close to the ground and you will leave the class feeling a release of tension and more mobile. I offer a unique class that gives you the opportunity to explore beyond the physical body, into the mind, emotional, and energetic body.
Restorative Yoga is more gentle on the body than Yin. It is a deeply meditative practice in which poses are held for 5 minutes or longer. The intention is to rest in poses where you feel completely supported and held to promote a deep sense of rest and restoration in the body.

There is never a perfect time. If you feel the call forward to invest in yourself and your healing and feel like time is the limiting factor, my experience and observations is that time is made for what you truly value. It will fall into place with your commitment and devotion.
You will need about 3-4 hours of devotion each week for this course. If this is not something you can commit to then this isn’t the course for you.
If you truly want to join this transformative space, I know you will prioritise this journey and decide to do what it takes for yourself.
