Come home to yourself in an evening designed to nourish, ground, and restore. Restore & Reiki is a heartfelt, intimate gathering for women seeking stillness, connection, and self-love in a deeply supportive space.

You are invited to join Reiki Masters Sophia and Hannah on a blissful evening, where you will be held and supported through your journey to reconnect with your heart and soul. This will include meditation, sound healing, journaling, and a guided Restorative Yoga practice while receiving gentle 1:1 Reiki energy healing.

This is more than a class, it’s a sacred pause.
A moment to be nurtured. A space to be seen. A chance to simply Be.

Leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and reconnected — to your breath, your body, your heart, and each other.

Spaces are intentionally limited to 11 women - all levels of experience welcome. Gift yourself this time and space for self love, nurturing and surrender.
