Know when to find a new practitioner and HOW
Feel supported in clinical settings
Please bring a journal, pen, and any questions you have.

Come home to yourself in an evening designed to nourish, ground, and restore. Restore & Reiki is a heartfelt gathering for women seeking stillness, connection, and self-love in a deeply supportive space.
You are invited to join Reiki Masters Sophia and Hannah on a blissful full moon evening, where you will be held and supported through your journey to reconnect with your heart and soul. This will include meditation, sound healing, journaling, and a guided Restorative Yoga practice while receiving gentle 1:1 Reiki energy healing.
This is more than a class, itβs a sacred pause.
A moment to be nurtured. A space to be seen. A chance to simply Be.
Leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and reconnected β to your breath, your body, your heart, and each other.
Spaces are intentionally limited to 11 women - all levels of experience welcome. Gift yourself this time and space for self love, nurturing and surrender.

This workshop with Sophia Eveline will guide you to connect and communicate with your body, and support you in regulating your nervous system to bring more health, energy, and joy into your life. You will be given practical tools to help you navigate lifeβs challenges so you can feel more at peace every day.
The nervous system plays such a big role in your health and wellbeing. This experience will shed light on how you may be impacted by chronic stress and how you can move yourself into a state of calm so your body can heal and restore. You will be guided through light nervous system theory, grounding breathwork + meditations, journaling exercises, and a Reiki-infused restorative yoga practice
