CANCELATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY:

A 24 hour cancellation or reschedule notice is required for all appointments. A full payment of the session is required 24 hours prior the appointment, unless otherwise discussed. If the appointment is cancelled after the 24 hour requirement, the appointment must be paid for in full.

REFUND POLICY:

​No refunds will be provided for any services provided by Sophia Eveline. If you are unsure about working with Sophia, please review her free resources and/or contact Sophia directly with questions or concerns.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

REIKI

I understand that Reiki does not take the place of medical care. As a Reiki Master Practitioner Sophia Eveline offers information of a general nature to help clients in their journey toward greater self-awareness, mind-body connection, emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing and Sophia Eveline assumes no responsibility for how I (the client) may use this information. Sophia Eveline, is not a licensed physician. I understand that Reiki Master Practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.

It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed healthcare professional for any physical or psychological ailments I have. I understand that Reiki can complement medical or psychological care, but does not replace it. I understand that Reiki is a gentle hands-on or hands-off energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation.

Energy Healing is based on the theory that some physical symptoms and/or pains can arise from emotional and/or energetic blockages, stagnation, or disconnection. Sophia Eveline addresses the root cause of those symptoms and uses intuition, divine guidance, and/or energy work to help heal the misalignment and assist me back to health. I understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation can be beneficial. I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body may require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.

I understand that some bodily functions may temporarily be affected after the energy healing session and I agree that this is a natural occurrence. I assume sole responsibility for my own health and for the results of any sessions provided by my Reiki Master Practitioner that may affect my health in any way.

Treatments will not replace conventional medical diagnosis or treatment. I will continue taking medication prescribed by a licensed medical physician and will continue to follow his/her/their instructions. I release my Reiki Master Practitioner from all legal liability during my participation in her treatment/s.

As a Reiki Practitioner, Sophia Eveline Gailer offers information of a general nature to help clients in their journey toward greater self-awareness, mind-body connection, emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing and Sophia Eveline assumes no responsibility for how I (the client) may use this information.

All information received by me from my Reiki Master Practitioner is accepted with full knowledge that any action taken by me as a result of the information received is my complete responsibility. All information disclosed is confidential and will not be revealed to any third party without written consent, unless required by law.

HEALTH COACHING

The Client understands that the role of the Health Coach, Sophia Eveline, is not to prescribe or assess micro- and macronutrient levels; provide health care, medical or nutrition therapy services; or to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition or other physical or mental ailment of the human body. Rather, the Coach is a mentor and guide who has been trained in holistic health coaching to help clients reach their own health goals by helping clients devise and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes. The Client understands that the Coach is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, licensed dietician-nutritionist, psychologist or other licensed or registered professional, and that any advice given by the Coach is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals. If the Client is under the care of a health care professional or currently uses prescription medications, the Client should discuss any dietary changes or potential dietary supplements use with his or her doctor and should not discontinue any prescription medications without first consulting his or her doctor. 

The Client has chosen to work with the Coach and understands that the information received should not be seen as medical or nursing advice and is not meant to take the place of seeing licensed health professionals.

INNER CHILD HEALING

Inner Child Energy healing uses a combination of guided meditation (Yoga) and Reiki energy healing to connect to the past. I understand that Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy technique that is used for stress reduction, relaxation and to restore energetic balance. I understand that Sophia Eveline Gailer is not a licensed physician, physiatrist, or nutritionist and does not diagnose conditions, perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that Yoga, meditation, or Reiki does not take the place of medical care and no specific outcome is guaranteed. It is recommended that I see a licensed medical professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand my body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation required by the body to heal itself.

Your practitioner (Sophia Eveline) offers information of a general nature to help clients in their journey toward greater self-awareness, mind-body connection, emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing and Sophia Eveline assumes no responsibility for how I (the client) may use this information. Inner Child Energy Healing is not recommended if you are experiencing, or have a personal history with, PTSD, mental illness, personality disorders, hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis, suicidality, psychosis, drug or alcohol addiction. Side effects may include emotional breakthroughs, feeling physically, mentally, energetically, and/or emotionally triggered and/or vulnerable.
