About Sophia:
Sophia is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, REPs registered Yoga teacher, and Reiki Master.
In her late teens and early 20s she was faced with a range of chronic inflammatory and autoimmune symptoms after a life of chronic stress and emotional dis-regulation. She experienced symptoms from panic attacks, food sensitivities, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, severe bloating, PMS, depression, weight gain, tics... the list goes on. Her blood work was considered ‘fine’ and she found that doctors often only ever suggested pills, a ‘healthy diet’ so she took it upon herself to study, research and implement a new way of living so she could get her body and life back.
Now she supports women through Yoga, workshops, and Reiki energy healing to heal their chronic inflammatory conditions and put their autoimmune symptoms into remission… They are not a life sentence!
