About Sophia
Sophia is a health coach, Yoga teacher and energy healer who has been journeying through the health and healing path for 8 years and offering her teachings and guidance to the community for almost 6 years.
9 years ago, Sophia’s health deteriorated in a matter of months. She was a high achiever, received multiple scholarships and awards in academia, but after playing out the patterns of chronic stress since childhood it all came crashing down. Step-by-step she has rebuilt her health, reconnected to her body, healed through her stress patterns, and devoted her time to guiding others along this path to reclamation of self and empowerment in their healing journey.
From studying Yoga, nutrition health coaching, science, and energy, Sophia continues to devote to the path of health and healing. She has a Diploma in Yoga, is trained as an integrative nutrition health coach, and is a registered Reiki Master.
