About Sophia:

Sophia is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, REPs registered Yoga teacher, and Reiki Master.

  • Sophia works with nutrition, Yogic principles, energy work, the nervous system, emotions and more. She works with the whole body instead of isolating one aspect.

    This reset program is about YOU learning more about your body. It includes educational components, recommendations, space for questions and answers, community shares, and a deepening into understanding your unique body.

  • Definitely! Sophia is well versed with food sensitivities and understands that everyone’s body is different. Sophia will support with where you are in your journey right now!

    If you feel your symptoms are quite complex, I highly recommend opting for the Personalisation Upgrade to get more support and tailored recommendations from Sophia to best support you on the 21 days.

  • Yes! A replay will be sent to all registered participants within 24 hours.

  • Workshop 1 will be 6th of July. And the final workshop will be on July 27th.

    The times are yet to be confirmed, however, all recordings will be saved for you to watch back if you can’t make it live.
