About Sophia

Sophia Eveline is a qualified Yoga Teacher, Wellness Facilitator, and Integrative Health Coach passionate about bringing mindfulness and wellbeing into the workplace.

Drawing from her background in yoga, nervous system support, holistic health, and meditation, she delivers corporate yoga and wellness experiences designed to offer practice tools and support for stress reduction, posture and mobility, emotional wellbeing, and sustainable workplace health. With her personal background with burnout, chronic stress and health challenges, Sophia teaches from both life experience and her studies, and is living proof of the work she teaches! Sophia holds a Diploma in Yoga from Wellpark College, is a registered Yoga New Zealand teacher, a REPs registered exercise professional, and a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

She has a grounded and engaging approach that invites teams to come together in an environment of learning and exploration so they can feel more connected to their bodies, wellbeing, and each other, to foster a healthy work environment and personal health. Her corporate offerings blend yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and wellness education to help teams feel more energised, joyful, and connected both personally and professionally.

  • Costs depend on factors such as class length, personalised needs, and location. I am willing to make adjustments to make sure the experience best suits your business and employees, because of this the pricing is variable.

    To get a quote send me an email and we can arrange a video chat to discuss more.

  • Sessions can be run online or at a venue of your choice, depending on your preference and the kind of service you seek.

  • You can opt for an online session, workshop, yoga class instead of in person so it is available for all employees. Or we could discuss a hybrid option.

  • I tailor my classes to suit the needs of your employees. A yoga class could be chair based, mat based, at an introductory level or more advanced. There are many forms of yoga that I can teach and can be suited to complete beginners and more advanced levels.

    When it comes down to it, we all have to start somewhere and I will be here to support you and your staff along the way.

    • Retreat experiences: This can be tailored to your workplace and may include some or all of the following - Yoga (mat or chair yoga), meditation, nervous system & mindfulness education, journaling, health and nutrition education.

    • One off or re-occurring chair Yoga or mat yoga session.

    • Workshops related to nervous system/stress support, health and nutrition, movement fundamentals, and breath practice.

    • Ongoing programmes to support team wellbeing over time

  • One of the many elements to Yoga is physical movement (called Asana). There are many different types of Yoga movements that can be taught. My focus is on functional strength, stability, and mobility that directly relates to modern society and the way we live as a collective.

    With regular practice of Yoga Asana, with a focus of strength and mobility, your body will adjust and become stronger and more flexible. A large aspect to Yoga is conscious breathing which in itself can improve recovery, healing, lowering stress, lunge capacity, and endurance.

    Yoga is an approachable way to introduce movement and fitness into the workplace. Alternatively, it is a great way to switch things up from any current fitness program you may have in place.

  • Chronic stress has become very common in modern society. Through bringing breath, movement, meditation, intention, kindness, and presence together you are creating a wonderful environment to lower stress levels in the workplace.

    My offerings gives your employees tools to manage their stress, as well as ways to incorporate practices into their lives day-to-day for ongoing support.
