Choccy Sauce

Rich and versatile. This chocolate sauce can be made in a range of different ways with only small ratio adjustments. Whether you want a self hardening, smooth/creamy or paste-like texture this is the perfect option for you! 

Whether you use it to coated your banana nice cream or spread it over a piece of paleo toast, this is seriously a delicious recipe.

With only 3 easy ingredients and a preparation time of 5 minutes it's hard to say no.

Time: 5mins

Serves: Approx. 3 tablespoons (2 serving)

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp Honey (or Maple Syrup - vegan)
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

Method:

Heat the coconut oil and honey in a small sauce pan until melted.
Take off the heat and stir in cocoa powder.

And then thoroughly enjoy ;) 

Notes:

The ratio of ingredients is 1:1:1 so whether you use 1 tsp or 1 cup each ingredient will equal the other. However, I do encourage you experiment with ratios to make it perfect for you.
