A heartfelt introduction to the beautiful hands-on healing practice of Reiki. This is the first step to reawakening to your bodies wisdom, energy healing abilities, and intuitive insights.
Being initiated into you Reiki level 1 is the invitation to deepen your connection to your spirituality, subtle senses, and natural healing capacity.
Through online learning, live online teaching, an in-person attunement and ceremony, and integration guidance, you are welcomed into the Reiki path.

Online + In Person
Your Reiki Level 1 journey unfolds across 5 Live sessions so that you have space to learn, integrate and practise.
3 x Preparation Online Zoom Sessions
Calls 1 & 2: We'll meet online before our retreat day to explore the foundations of Reiki with 2 educational calls to cover the learning materials.
These sessions give you the knowledge and understanding you need before we come together in person, allowing our ceremony day to be spacious, experiential and hands-on.
Call 3: Enjoy a beautiful heart-opening breathwork experience with Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator Kim
1 x In-Person Ceremony Day
Then we come together in person for a beautiful, intimate day of embodiment, attunement, practice and connection.
This is where the learning comes alive.
1 x Integration Call
Check in with Sophia and Hannah after your attunement and integration period to receive support on how to move forward with your personal Reiki journey. This is a space to ground your experience and ask final questions.

SOPHIA EVELINE
I have been studying holistic health for the past decade and have brought together my unique wisdom, studies, and experience into in-depth courses and resources to guide men and women back to their natural health so they can experience the clarity and energy needed to create and share their magic and gifts with the world.
Over the years I have taught community yoga, meditation, workshops, courses, and worked with clients 1:1 to clear energetic blocks and awaken a path to health through practical guidance.
This is the space where practical health upgrades meets self love and spirituality.
HANNAH BROCKLISS
My journey with Reiki began through my own healing and a desire to reconnect with myself and understand energy on a deeper level. I remember feeling a gentle nudge to learn Reiki for myself and following that little pull has led me on such a beautiful and meaningful journey of growth, connection and learning to trust my intuition.
Today, I offer 1:1 Reiki sessions, and am also one half of Restore + Reiki, a space Sophia and I created from our shared love of bringing women together to slow down, reconnect and feel supported. Creating warm, nurturing spaces where women feel truly seen, heard and valued is something I feel incredibly passionate about. Alongside Reiki, I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing, another path that was inspired by my own healing journey and the people who supported me through it. It has only deepened my passion for caring for others and being able to offer that same sense of support and compassion to someone else.

No. This training is designed as an introduction to Reiki Level 1 and is suitable for complete beginners.
We do however recommend you experience receiving Reiki from a Reiki practitioner before you consider being attuned.
